We hope you love your purchase as much as we do. We do understand that sometimes we change our minds and if that’s the case we’re happy for you to return your order.
You have 14 days from receipt to return the item/s in a resalable condition and in the original packaging. If an item of clothing, please make sure it has not been worn. Email us at email@example.com and let us know your order number, item and why you would like to return. Once we have this information we will provide you with the return’s address.
Refunds (postage not included) will be issued providing all the above happens. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We suggest items are returned signed for as we will not be held responsible for missing returns.
Once returns have been received and checked by us we will issue a refund within 5-7 days via the original payment method.
All orders shipped out we make sure are in good condition, however, from time to time parcels can get damaged in transit. If any of your order is damaged please email us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel to let us know. We will then either arrange an exchange (depending on stock) or a full refund.
